These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jeepaftermarketparts.com (the "Site"), operated by Jeep Aftermarket Parts ("JAP," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
// 1. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All products sold on the Site are brand new and sourced through authorized wholesale distribution. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the item shipped (finish revisions, packaging updates). Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep our 56,000+ listings accurate, but in the event of a pricing or typographical error we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the erroneous price with a full refund and prompt notification.
// 2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification, and we may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor; JAP never stores your full card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
// 3. SHIPPING, TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
Shipping terms, timelines and freight inspection requirements are detailed in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier, except that JAP will assist with carrier damage claims filed in accordance with the freight inspection procedure.
// 4. RETURNS
Returns are governed by our 30-day RMA return policy described in Shipping & Returns. Unauthorized returns, installed parts and non-returnable categories listed there will not be refunded.
// 5. FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY
We publish fitment data for every listing and offer free pre-purchase fitment verification. Final responsibility for confirming that a product is compatible with your specific vehicle (year, model, trim, engine, drivetrain and prior modifications) rests with the purchaser. Modified vehicles in particular may require additional parts or fabrication not included with any product.
// 6. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMER
Products are covered exclusively by their manufacturer's warranty; JAP will assist you in initiating manufacturer warranty claims but does not itself extend a separate product warranty. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND JAP DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
// 7. OFF-ROAD & MODIFICATION NOTICE
Many products sold on this Site alter a vehicle from its factory configuration and are intended for off-road use. It is your responsibility to ensure any product complies with federal, state and local laws applicable to your vehicle, including emissions and vehicle-height regulations. Suspension, drivetrain and tire modifications change vehicle handling characteristics; professional installation and appropriate driving adjustments are strongly recommended. JAP is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or use of products in violation of applicable law.
// 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAP'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY ORDER OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAP BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, TOWING OR INSTALLATION/REMOVAL LABOR. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Site content — text, layout, graphics, editorial copy and data compilations — is the property of JAP and protected by applicable intellectual property law. All manufacturer names, logos and part numbers are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Jeep® is a registered trademark of FCA US LLC. JAP is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FCA US LLC or any product manufacturer, except where expressly stated.
// 10. USER SUBMISSIONS (REVIEWS)
By submitting a review, photo or other content you grant JAP a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the Site and JAP marketing. You represent that your submission is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that is spam, profane, off-topic or unlawful.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
// 12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JAP is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
